CDT day 20-Leadore is what they used to call a one horse town. Or maybe a no horse town. There are no stoplights and maybe one stop sign. There is one gas pump, one store and one restaurant. On this day there were 8 other hikers in town. They were all headed northbound while I’m headed south. I had dinner with them and we exchanged some good info before we head our separate ways tomorrow. There really is not too much more to say Leadore is not the most exciting town ever. I hiked until about two through some hot, dry exposed hills before meeting up with two other hikers at the gravel “highway” at bannock pass and eventually we saw a car that gave us a ride into the town of Leadore and the rest is history.
